Slezská diakonie in cooperation with the European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities (EASPD) from Brussel is preparing conference which is going to be focused on the topic: Multidisciplinary cooperation by supporting people with disabilities and exercising the rights of the persons with disabilities in the relation to the Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in South-Moravian region:
The conference is aimed primarily on the professional public, students of the related fields and as well on the persons with disabilities and their families.
We are expecting on the conference to share experiences and good practice from the Czech Republic and abroad. We would like to open a discussion on the possibilities of setting up and developing multidisciplinary cooperation which would be able to support people with disabilities and their families within the South Moravian Region.
The conference is held under the auspices of the First Deputy Mayor of the City of Prague Mgr. Petr Hladík, Deputy Governor of the South Moravian Region Mgr. Mark Šlapal and the Public Defender of Rights Mgr. Anna Šabatová, Ph.D.
Schedule of the conference:
- Topics from the political representatives, representatives from the social and health departments, ombudsmen, etc
Expert contributions, panel discussion of the experts, panel discussion of the caregivers
Lunch and 2x coffee breaks
The conference fee is 200 CZK/person and includes refreshments and lunch.
